STAFF BENEFITS

Group Insurance:

The chief society undertakes the expense of having all the staff regularly covered by general accident insurance. Under this policy, if any worker meets with sudden death, then his family would be entitled to receive a compensation of upto Rs.1,00,000.

Medical Insurance:

All the staff are also covered under medical insurance. Under this policy, they benefit from free medical care in case of any accident or injury occurring to them during work.

Annual educational tour:

The staff and their families are encouraged to participate, every year, in an educational tour, conducted by the Federation, which would serve in developing their intellect, and would also be useful in practicing their trade in a more intelligent and comprehensive manner.

Assistance to the rural poor and needy:

Over and above this, the chief society engages itself in identifying, amongst the surrounding villages, those who are suffering from extreme poverty and adverse economic conditions and these poor people are initially provided with basic care such as food and shelter and, at a later stage, are helped with sufficient support in education and employment and thus led to become independent and dignified citizens.
